* Arnold's speech last night was one of the best I've heard. He was great, especially with the Jeff Foxworthy bit about "YOU MAY BE A REPUBLICAN!"

* I hate what's happening in Russia. And the terrorists blowing up busses, threatening to behead people, etc.

* Hurricane steamin' towards Florida. Again.

* Football season started with a USC win over Virginia St. It just seemed wierd to watch football already.

* Rudy 2008?

* I've been on a granola bar kick lately. Go figure.

* Coke vs. Pepsi? Diet Coke vs. Diet Pepsi?

* Low carb craze hurting Krispy Kreme.
