Is Groupon Crazy to Reject $5B Offer?

Is Groupon crazy? They rejected $GOOG $5 billion offer!


I think they're letting they're lottery ticket get out from under them. I guess they're thinking about going public.

I will say that Groupon is what all the women in the office Talk about. So maybe they're on to something.

But if it were me, I'd take the offer.

I'd also make a lousy contestant on Deal or No Deal. But if the banker offered me $5 billion, I'd take the offer.
