Evil Oil Speculators get the blame for manipulating oil prices - for 2008. And remember, that was the era of "drill baby drill" and one of the factors that led the US into a recession.
With oil prices again hitting consumers in the wallet, President Obama is again looking for a scapegoat in the Evil Oil Speculators.
Are they to blame this time?
