Tuesday’s Low-Volume Thoughts

Well, another stock market day that was a bit underwhelming.  Yes, it was on low-volume.  It feels a bit tired as we cruise into the meat of April.  The monthly-strength period is over.  So it seems we’re adrift. I don’t see anything technically wrong with the market here, but I still remain in low-beta stuff.

As a matter of fact, I noticed that since my January 18th sell of high-beta, the low-beta stuff has actually outperformed.

So is the market going to top out here in April and lead us into the Summer Seasonal Swoon?  Doesn’t that look like the obvious scenario?

The Dodgers applied their low-volume offense in Colorado tonight, and lost 3-0.
